  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (optional)
  • 12 frozen potstickers (pork, chicken, or veggie)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and extra green onions for garnish
  • Directions:
  • In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
