Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (~250g)
  • 6-8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly (if needed) into a rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the pastry, then top with crumbled bacon.
  4. Roll up tightly from the long side, then slice into ½-inch (1.5 cm) rounds.
