Quick and Easy Flatbread Recipe

Here’s a simple and quick recipe for making bread in just 10 minutes using a fry pan—no eggs, no yeast, and no oven required!

Ingredients:

  • 200g (1⅔ cups / 7.05 oz) all-purpose flour
  • 5g (1 tsp / 0.18 oz) baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 150ml (⅔ cup) water or milk (adjust as needed for a soft dough)
  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter (optional, for softer bread)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients
  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  1. Add Wet Ingredients
  • Gradually add water (or milk) and oil (if using). Stir until a soft dough forms. It should be slightly sticky but manageable.
  1. Shape the Dough
  • Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide into small portions and shape into flatbreads (about ½ inch thick).
  1. Cook in a Fry Pan
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Place the dough rounds in the pan and cover with a lid.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  1. Serve Warm!
  • Enjoy your quick, fluffy bread with butter, jam, or any dip!

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, add herbs, garlic powder, or cheese to the dough.
  • If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.

This bread is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. Let me know if you’d like any variations! 😊🍞
