- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 150g dried noodles (ramen, wheat, or rice noodles)
- 12–15 vegan dumplings (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup napa cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup firm tofu, cubed
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (optional for garnish)
- Directions:
